Withdrawals of Certificates

MYCERT has the right to withdraw or revoke a certificate in the event that:

1) The Organization violates any provision of the General Certification Regulation (K-2) and the relevant Agreement, or makes improper/misleading use of the Certification (Mark or Certificate).

2) Inaccurate information is provided to MYCERT regarding the facility/product under certification.

3) MYCERT determines that the facility or product does not comply.

4) The Organization ceases its operations.

5) The Organization fails to pay the fees and any associated expenses to MYCERT.

6) The Organization unilaterally and voluntarily decides to terminate the certification.
