MyCert Certification Body is committed to conducting impartial, independent and objective inspection and/or certification procedures.

The Certification Body MyCert is committed to conducting impartial, independent and objective verification/validation procedures for environmental information.

Understanding the importance of transparency in its work, it takes clear and continuously assessable measures aimed at ensuring impartiality and avoiding the development of additional
threats to it.

It ensures that it uses specialized and experienced personnel, with professional conscientiousness, whose technical and scientific competence is checked and evaluated at regular intervals.
It does not allow the verification/validation process of environmental information to beinfluenc ed by external or internal factors for any reason.

Its executives are not influenced by external sources of interest and ensure that they continuously provide customers with impartial, objective, seamless and reliable services.

The Certification Body does not provide certified or prospective clients with consulting services or internal inspections or other services related to certification, nor is it affiliated with organizations that provide the above services to the client and relate to the scope of his certification.

The Certification Body does not use management system consultants to conduct inspections or other certification activities for clients, provided that they themselves have provided consulting
services in the previous 2 years.

The Body is not involved in the design, production, distribution or maintenance of the certified products or services.

The management and executives of the Public Service Commission are committed to adhering to this policy and continuously improving the services they provide.

The Management of the Certification Body defines and assigns to the Quality Manager the required jurisdiction and freedom of action, so that he/she is, at all times, able to address problems related to the impartiality of certification activities, propose corrective actions, confirm the execution of corrective actions and evaluate their results.

The responsibility for the supervisory monitoring of procedures related to impartiality in the provision of certification services is assumed by the Certification Manager of the Body, assisted
by the Quality Assurance Manager.
