Our Impartiality Policy

MyCert Certification Body is committed to conducting impartial, independent and objective inspection and/or certification procedures.

Understanding the importance of transparency in his work, he takes clear and continuously assessable measures aimed at ensuring impartiality and avoiding the development of additional threats to it.

It makes sure to use specialized and experienced personnel, with professional conscientiousness, whose technical and scientific competence is checked and evaluated at regular intervals.

It does not allow the inspection and/or certification process to be influenced by external or internal factors for any reason. Its executives are not influenced by external sources of interest and ensure that they continuously provide customers with unbiased, objective, seamless and reliable services.

The Certification Body does not provide certified or to-be-certified clients with consulting services or internal inspections or other certification-related services, nor is it associated with organizations that provide the above services to the client and relate to the scope of its certification.

 

The Certification Body does not use management system consultants to conduct inspections or other certification activities for clients, as long as they have provided consulting services in the previous 2 years.

The Agency is not involved in the design, production, distribution or maintenance of the certified products or services.

The management and executives of the PF are committed to complying with this policy and the continuous improvement of their provided services.

The Management of the Certification Body defines and assigns to the Quality Manager the required jurisdiction and freedom of manipulation, so that he is, at any time, in a position to face problems related to the impartiality of the certification activities, to propose corrective actions, to confirm the execution of corrective actions and evaluate their results.

The responsibility for the supervisory monitoring of the procedures related to impartiality during the provision of certification services is assumed by the Agency’s Certification Director, who also co-signs the Impartiality Policy, assisted by the Quality Assurance Manager.
