Quality Policy

The term Quality at MYCERT means that the functions of the Body regarding the conduct of inspections - certifications of products/processes/services, verifications of GHG emissions,
satisfy the requirements and needs of customers as they have been set based on the applicable national & community legislation and agreed specifications.

MYCERT Management is committed to the Quality Policy, which it communicates to all the Organization's human resources and to interested parties. It ensures this commitment by cultivating the spirit of comprehensive and collective effort among all its human resources and by providing all the necessary means so that everyone adheres to the Quality Policy and promotes every action that constantly promotes and improves quality.
The Quality Policy, the objective and achievable quality objectives, the indicators for measuring the quality objectives and, more generally, the ongoing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the Quality System are reviewed at least once a year.

Within the framework of this Quality Policy, Management has set objective goals for Quality, which are described as follows:

- Consistency in the quality of the Agency's services

- High Customer Satisfaction

- Employee Capability – Human Resource Utilization and Development

- Continuous improvement of the organization and operation of the Agency in accordance with the Quality System according to ISO 17029:2019 &  14065:2020 and the legislation.

To implement the Quality Policy, the Organization operates with the following principles:

- Impartiality and Reliability in the provision of services by the Agency.

- Maintaining Confidentiality towards customers.

- The Management provides the Agency's human resources with appropriate working conditions and cultivates a climate of teamwork and cooperation.

- The Management ensures the implementation of the work based on the Legislative and Regulatory requirements as defined by National or Community Legislation.

- The Management ensures the implementation of education and training programs for the Agency's human resources, so that they are always able to respond satisfactorily in the fulfillment of their duties.

- The Management collaborates with approved subcontractors - partners.

- Each employee is responsible for the quality of their own work.

- Department Heads are responsible for the quality of the work of the departments.

- All employees are fully informed about the Quality System.

- The Agency provides all the necessary means (equipment, publications, training, etc.) for the implementation of the Agency's activities.

- All actions that may affect quality are planned and implemented in accordance with the established Procedures & Processes of the Quality System.

- All audit data is documented, analyzed and used appropriately in the context of a continuous quality improvement effort.

- The Body has a Quality Management Department, staffed by the Quality Manager. This department has been appointed by the Management and has the authority and organizational independence to ensure that the Quality System operates and is maintained in accordance with the international standards applied and/or accredited by MyCert.

- Any deviations are grounds for immediate corrective actions.
