Quality Policy

By the term Quality in the MYCERT company, it is understood that the functions of the Certification Body regarding the conduct ofinspections - certifications of products/processes/services, satisfy the requirements and needs of the customers as they have been set based on the applicable national & community legislation and agreed specifications.

The Management of MYCERT is committed to the Quality Policy, which it communicates to all the Agency's human resources and interested parties. It ensures this commitment, cultivating the spirit of overall and collective effort among all human resources and making available all the necessary means, so that everyone adheres to the Quality Policy and promotes every action that continuously promotes and improves quality.

In the context of this Quality Policy, the Management has set objectives for Quality, which are described as follows:
• Consistency in terms of the quality of the Agency's services
• High Customer Satisfaction
• Employee Competence – Utilization and Development of Human Resources
• Continuous improvement of the organization and operation of the Agency in accordance with the Quality System according to ISO 17065:2012 and the legislation.
For the implementation of the Quality Policy, the Agency operates with the following principles:

• Impartiality and Reliability in the Agency's service provision. • Compliance with Client Confidentiality.

• The Administration provides the Agency's human resources with suitable working conditions and cultivates a climate of teamwork and cooperation.

•The Administration ensures the implementation of the works based on the Legislative and Regulatory requirements as defined by the National or Community Legislation.

• The Administration ensures the implementation of education and training programs for the Agency's human resources, so that they are always able to respond satisfactorily to the fulfillment of their duties.

•The Administration cooperates with approved subcontractors - partners.

• Each employee is responsible for the quality of his own work.

• The Heads of Departments are responsible for the quality of the department's work.

• All employees are fully informed about the Quality System.

• The Agency provides all the required means (equipment, forms, training, etc.) for the implementation of the Agency's activities.

• All actions that may affect quality are planned and implemented in accordance with the established Quality System Procedures & Processes.

• All control elements are documented, analyzed and used appropriately in the context of a continuous effort to improve quality.

• The Certification Body has for Quality Management the corresponding Quality Department, staffed by the Quality Manager. This department is appointed by the Management and has the authority and organizational independence to ensure that the Quality System operates and is maintained in accordance with the ISO 17065:2012 standard.

• Possible deviations are a reason for immediate execution of corrective and preventive actions.
